Gruenbaum said that Harvard “now has to offer a remedy mathematics course, which has been described as” middle school mathematics “for first -year students.” He said it was a direct result “to use discriminatory factors, instead of merit, in admission decisions”.

Gruenbaum also cited possible violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Law of 1964 on the recruitment, promotion, compensation and other actions related to Harvard’s staff. He said that discriminatory practices “have been exposed to the Harvard Law Review, where internal documents that have been publicly publicized in general and explicit racial discrimination in the process of selecting the article and quoting the publisher of the publication.”

“GSA is also aware of the recent events of Harvard University that involve anti -Semitic actions that suggest that the institution has a worrying concern about the security and well -being of Jewish students,” Gruenbaum wrote. “Harvard’s continued inaction in the face of the bullying and repeated and severe orientation of his students has sometimes founded the operations of the daily campus, deprived the Jewish learning students and research opportunities to whom they have the right and have deeply alarmed the general public.”
