The Trump administration calls on all federal agencies to find ways to terminate all federal contracts with the Havard university in the midst of a continuous wall of foreign students’ records at IVY League School.
The General Services Administration plans to send a letter on Tuesday to instruct all federal agencies to review the $ 100 million estimated in federal contracts with Harvard and possibly “find alternative vendors”, according to a copy of the letter obtained by Fox News.
The remaining federal contracts include a $ 527,000 agreement for Harvard Managementor licenses, which was awarded in September 2021, a $ 523,000 contract for Harvard for research on energy drinks and the health results of other dietary intakes over time, which was awarded in August 2023 and $ 39,000 contract for $ 39,000. Graduates, which was awarded in April 2025, a source that told Fox News.

The New York Times first reported a draft of the letter.
In the letter, GSA Federal Federal Acquisition Services Commissioner, Josh Gruenbaum, said that Harvard “continues to participate in race discrimination, included in his admission process and other students’ living areas.”
He said that Harvard has not shown “any indication” of reforming his admission process, despite the fact that the Supreme Court ruled that University policy discriminates against race.
For applicants for the highest academic, the admission rates were 56% for African Americans, 31% of Hispanic, 15% of whites and 13% for Asians, according to demand. Gruenbaum said that Harvard “now has to offer a remedy mathematics course, which has been described as” middle school mathematics “for first -year students.” He said it was a direct result “to use discriminatory factors, instead of merit, in admission decisions”.
Gruenbaum also cited possible violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Law of 1964 on the recruitment, promotion, compensation and other actions related to Harvard’s staff. He said that discriminatory practices “have been exposed to the Harvard Law Review, where internal documents that have been publicly publicized in general and explicit racial discrimination in the process of selecting the article and quoting the publisher of the publication.”
“GSA is also aware of the recent events of Harvard University that involve anti -Semitic actions that suggest that the institution has a worrying concern about the security and well -being of Jewish students,” Gruenbaum wrote. “Harvard’s continued inaction in the face of the bullying and repeated and severe orientation of his students has sometimes founded the operations of the daily campus, deprived the Jewish learning students and research opportunities to whom they have the right and have deeply alarmed the general public.”

Harvard has already sued a Federal Court seeking the restoration of $ 3.2 billion in financing of federal subsidies already frozen by the administration since last month.
In a separate lawsuit, the university received a temporary containment order on Friday that temporarily prevents the government from canceling the school certification in the student and exchange visitors program. The program allows the university to host international students with F-1 or J-1 visas to study in the United States Harvard that revocation would affect more than 7,000 visa holders, more than a quarter of its student body.
On Tuesday morning, a short federal judicial hearing was held in the Federal Court of Boston. A judge scheduled another audience for Thursday to allow both parties longer to present their case.

The President also accused Harvard of being “very slow” in delivering documents on foreign students and having “bought around and found the best absolute judge (for them)”.
The Secretary of the Department of National Security (DHS), Kristi Noem, said last week that he revoked Harvard’s certification after the university refused to comply with multiple applications for information on foreign students while “ perpetuates an environment of the campus, not sure to be hostile to Jewish students, promotes sympathy for pro-Hamas and uses policies of racist diversity, equity and inclusion ”.

The requested records include all audio or video images in possession of Harvard on threats to other students or university staff, “deprivation of rights” from other classmates or college staff, and “dangerous or violent activity, either on the campus or outside the campus” by a non -immigrant student registered in Harvard in the last five years.

Noem also calls for all disciplinary records and audio or video images of any protest activity involved in non -immigrant students. DHS said that Harvard’s answers have so far been inadequate.
