Following the departure of Musk, a high official from the White House told Fox News Digital that DOGE will work as it has always worked and that the agency is “part of the DNA of this federal government”.

The official added that DOGE now operates in “almost all the departments of the federal government agency” with the “unique work” of cutting waste, fraud and abuse with the efficiency aim.
